To really see Miami, you must get out on the water.

And there is no better way to enjoy the experience than on a Stand up paddle board tour.

Stand up Paddle boarding has gained increasing popularity and has become one of the fastest growing sports world wide.

Stand up Paddleboards, otherwise referred to as SUP, are propelled with a single-bladed paddle while standing using a board similar to a traditional surfboard.

Paddle boarding delivers a great full-body workout and has become a popular cross-training activity.

Since you stand at your full height, you can enjoy unique views of everything from marine life to what’s on the horizon.

It’s the most fun and exciting way to experience the beauty of Miami.

During our tours it is very common to spot dolphins, rays, manatees, sea turtles, and all kinds of tropical fish and sea birds.

The tour is led by knowledgeable local guides who know the waters intimately.

The guides offer fun facts and unique observations about the area.

You will paddle warm tropical blue green waters. Enjoy exciting sights including Miami Beach, the multi-million dollar exclusive island homes of celebrities, luxurious Mega Yachts of Miami’s rich and famous, and the skyline of downtown Miami.

Our launch spots are very convenient , less than 5 miles away from downtown Miami.

Our tours vary in direction, and distance traveled depending on the wind, tides, marine conditions of the day and fitness level of the participants.  Typically we will tour some of the beautiful islands in Biscayne Bay including the Sunset Islands, Venetian Islands, Hibiscus Island, Star Island, Palm Island, and Monument Island.

On warm days we may stop at a sandy island beach in the center of Biscayne Bay for a refreshing swim.

Activity level: Moderate

No experience necessary.

Participants need to know how to swim and feel comfortable in the water.

We will provide all necessary paddle boarding equipment as well as personal floatation devices.

It would be a good idea to bring along a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses (with a strap).

The launch location has a public rest room where you can also change, but it would be advisable to come dressed ready to paddle wearing swimwear, so that we can maximize the time on the water. All participants should dress for the potential of immersion (it is likely you will get wet).

Wetsuits are not generally required as most of the time Miami is quite warm and tropical – but we do have insulating water wear available for sale if someone feels chilly. If guests have their own lightweight water gear (surf style rash guards etc.), or synthetic, quick-drying clothes, that would be a good idea to bring for cooler days.

For most of our activities, many clients prefer to go barefoot when out on the water, but it is good to have something to protect your feet around the launch area.

Denim and other cotton materials are not appropriate.

Please leave valuables at home or in your hotel room since the chance of getting wet is likely.

All of our guides are experienced Paddle boarders and Watermen.
