Private Lesson or Tour with Recreational Board: 

1 hr session

Recreational boards are very stable, easy to paddle, and forgiving - Great for Beginners

 

Private Lesson or Tour with Premium Race / Touring Board: 

1.5 hr session

Premium Race / Touring boards are for high performance, the can go faster and track very well.  Great for covering more distance and recommended only if you have been comfortable paddling a SUP several times before.
